Blue & Brown Properties LLC (“Blue & Brown,” “we,” “us”) is a limited liability company that purchases vacant land in North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Property details: address, parcel or PIN number, and what you tell us about the land.
- Publicly available records: county tax, deed, plat, and assessor information about the property.
- Communication records: notes from our calls, texts, and emails with you.
How we use it
- To research a property and prepare a purchase offer.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about that property and any offer we make.
- To complete a transaction if you accept an offer.
- To meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell your information
Blue & Brown Properties LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, a closing attorney, a title company, or the messaging platform that delivers our texts — and only as needed for them to do that work, or where the law requires it.
We do not transfer consumer data to any external organizations except those strictly necessary to provide the service, and never for their independent use. We maintain administrative, technical, and contractual safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of user data.
Your mobile information
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the messaging service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use the information for any other purpose.
Your choices
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
- You can reply STOP to any text message to end text messages immediately.
- You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jordan@bluebrownproperties.com.
- Consent to receive calls or texts is never a condition of buying or selling anything.
Data security and retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
