About these terms

What we do
Blue & Brown Properties LLC purchases vacant land in North Carolina. We are the buyer. We are not a real estate brokerage, we do not represent sellers, and we charge no fees or commissions.
Offers are not appraisals
Any number we give you is an offer to purchase from us, not an appraisal, a valuation, or a statement of market value. Offers are subject to our due diligence and to a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing here creates a contract.
No obligation
Requesting an offer costs nothing and obligates you to nothing. You may decline for any reason. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
